Hey! I’m Barbara
Hey there!
If creating a life of freedom is your thing, you’re in the right place.
I’m Barbara Chapman, I’m a Holistic Wellness Expert paving the way for women over 40 to look + feel younger so they can improve their health and build a legacy for their family.
I’m a wife, mom & grandma. I love cooking, baking from scratch and love Genealogy. I love finding out about my family and my husbands family. I have over 38K that I have found in our family line.
Want to be friends? Read on and learn more about who I am!
Me before I decided to let my hair go all natural (yes, that means it is now silver!) 🙂
I loved my redish brown hair but got tired of going every 4 weeks to hide the roots!
I am sure some of you can relate to that. Ha Ha!!
I am a survivor of a 20+ year abusive marriage with a now ex-husband that was also an alcoholic. It took several years to get my self worth, self esteem and to forgive myself for staying in this type of marriage for so long.
I am here to say no one deserves to live in an abusive marriage…YOU did not do anything to deserve it!
Moving on…..
Me, with the love of my life…my husband. This is our wedding day. We have been married for 3 years now. We got married in Lake Tahoe, NV.
We are standing on the Nevada side in front of Mount Tallac. Mt. Tallac is know for the cross that is seen only with the snow. It is beautiful.
Yes, still redish brown hair. I did not want to look weird with half red/brown and my roots with silver hair shining through at my wedding. It took a little over a year to totally grow out. YIKES!!
Doug has truly blessed my life and is totally supportive of me growing my business, telling me that I can do this. It’s great to have someone who truly supports you in anything you do!
Fast forward to 2 years after our marriage…living in Hawaii, we lived there for 2 years and it was fantastic!
You CAN create unlimited possibilities for your life.
After being told for years that I was worthless, did amount to anything, would never be able to make it on my own and that I would never be able to create and build a business. Now knowing this was all a lie…I’m living proof that it can be done!
To now, with my husband letting me know that I can do anything, that of course you can build a successful business…is truly a wonderful thing.
I love challenging the system and seeing where I can develop new roads. Staying within the confines of what the world says is “possible” really and truly bores me, so here I am…creating a business that is growing every day.
Getting out of my comfort zone and now the entire world is opened to me to grow!
I’m a wife, mom and a grandmother of 4 beautiful, wonderful and adorable grand-kids. I have a deep desire to show our next generation that life is meant to be FUN…and not spent in a cubicle and 4 walls.
My expertise is showing women how to step into their talent, helping them find their true gift and to show the world what you have to offer.
Now let’s fast forward to 2023…it is going to be exciting for sure!!!
Yes, it is now OFFICIAL! We are retired! Now the fun begins…getting to fully focus on growing my business and working with my partners. This will be fun to do…watching everyone grow into their visions…their dreams for their lives.
We have downsized a lot and put the rest of our furniture into storage for who knows how long. We are going to travel the U.S. to see the “world”.
Visit all historical sites to learn more about our history, to visit areas that our ancestors lived and died and may still live. Visiting court houses, cemeteries and to learn more about our family history/past. And not to forget…visit our family and of course we can’t forget our grand-kids (they do have my Heart)!!
So, this part of our lives is a work in progress… So, stay tuned for more.
If you are interested in becoming a part of our growing team, please drop me a line and we can connect to see if we will be a fit to work together.
We are Retired Goat’s On The Road. Greatest of All times!
